Product Description
The SMF148ZZ Japanese Origin is a stainless steel deep groove ball bearing that is highly corrosion-resistant, making it suitable for moisture- and chemical-rich environments such as the food industry, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications. It can withstand relatively high temperatures but has slightly lower load carrying capacities compared to chrome-steel bearings. Similar to standard chrome-steel deep groove ball bearings, it is of simple and sturdy design and practically maintenance-free. It is especially suitable for accommodating radial loads and can also bear axial loads in both directions to a lesser extent.
