Product Description
The SI-17C SKF is a versatile rod end with a spherical plain bearing. This maintenance-free bearing is made with a steel-on-PTFE sliding contact, ensuring smooth operation and accommodating misalignment. It’s commonly used at the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders, or to connect two shafts, supporting radial forces in both directions. During the run-in period, PTFE particles are deposited on the opposite running surface to create a perfect fit.
