Product Description
The RML8SE Rodobal is a rod end featuring a housing with integral shank and a spherical plain bearing. It is commonly used on the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders, and also for connecting two shafts. The rod end is designed to accommodate misalignment and supports radial forces in a tensile or compressive direction.
The spherical plain bearing in the RML8SE Rodobal has a steel-on-PTFE sliding contact, making it maintenance-free. During the run-in period, PTFE particles are deposited on the opposite running surface, creating a smooth surface that results in a perfect fit between components.
