Product Description
The HC9D2 – 5.2 – A – W is a stainless steel 316L dual media miniBOOSTER unit capable of delivering a maximum flow of 6.5 l/min at the high-pressure end. Similar to other miniBOOSTER models, it elevates supplied pressure to achieve a higher outlet pressure and automatically compensates for oil consumption to maintain high pressure. Outlet pressure adjustment is accomplished by varying the supplied pressure. Despite its flow capability, the HC9D2W maintains a compact design, weighing 25 kg.

Functions Description
The system operates as follows: Media 1 flows freely through the IN port, driving the LP pistons via bistable valve BV1. Simultaneously, Media 2 is drawn from the suction inlet IN through 2 x KV1 check valves and pumped via 2 x KV2 to the high-pressure side H. This configuration maximizes booster flow, enabling a fast-forward function. Automatic stall occurs upon reaching the end pressure on the high-pressure side H. If a pressure drop occurs due to consumption or leakage, the HP1 and HP2 units activate automatically to maintain the end pressure.
