Product Description
The HC9 – 11.0 – B is a compact, ultra-high-pressure unit capable of delivering up to 5,000 bar and 0.4 l/min flow at the high-pressure end. Similar to other miniBOOSTER models, it elevates supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure and autonomously adjusts for oil consumption to sustain high pressure. Outlet pressure adjustment is achieved by varying the supplied pressure. Despite its high flow capacity, the HC9 remains lightweight, weighing only 9.9 kg.

Functions Description
The operation of the device is depicted in a function diagram. Initially, oil flows through directional valve CV to the IN port, passing through check valves KV1 and KV2 to the high-pressure side H, achieving maximum flow and fast-forward function. As pump pressure is attained on the high-pressure side, KV1 and KV2 close. The oscillating pump unit OP maintains end pressure, automatically stalling when reached. If pressure drops due to consumption or leakage, the OP valve compensates to sustain end pressure.
