Product Description
The HC7 – 4.0 – A – W a compact stainless steel 316L miniBOOSTER, delivers pressures up to 2,000 bar, weighing just 1.5 kg. Designed for thin (low viscosity) media, it’s perfect for portable applications like power packs. It elevates supplied pressure to higher outlet levels and automatically compensates for media consumption to maintain high pressure. Outlet pressure adjustment is achieved by varying the supplied pressure. Various high-pressure adapters allow for different thread options from the M22x1.5 thread in the HP port.

Functions Description
The system operates through a directional valve CV, guiding media to the IN port, then through check valves KV1, KV2, and DV to the high-pressure side H, ensuring maximum booster flow for rapid function. Once pump pressure is reached, valves KV1, KV2, and DV close, and the oscillating pump unit OP regulates end pressure. OP stops automatically at the desired pressure. It adjusts to maintain pressure if there’s a drop due to consumption or leakage.
