Product Description
The HC6D – 10.1 – A – 2 is a dual media unit designed to deliver a maximum flow of 36.5 l/min at high-pressure output. Similar to other miniBOOSTER models, it elevates supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure and autonomously adjusts to compensate for oil consumption, ensuring maintenance of high pressure. Adjustment of outlet pressure is achieved by regulating the supplied pressure. Despite its flow capacity, the HC6D2 maintains a compact design, weighing just 24 kg.

Functions Description
The system operates as follows: Media 1 enters through the IN port, flowing freely through bistable valve BV1 to drive the LP pistons. Simultaneously, Media 2 is drawn through check valves KV1, then pumped via KV2 to the high-pressure side H. This setup maximizes flow through the booster, enabling a fast-forward function. Automatic stall occurs when the end pressure on side H is reached. Should a pressure drop occur due to consumption or leakage, HP1 and HP2 units activate automatically to maintain end pressure.
