Product Description
The LM501310 Koyo (JTEKT) is an outer ring cup designed to be combined with a separately available cone to create a complete single-row tapered roller bearing. With conical raceways and roller elements, this design allows the bearing to absorb radial and axial forces, with a higher angle providing greater axial load capacity. These bearings prevent sliding movements and minimize wear, but require a minimum load for proper operation. The separable components can be easily mounted and adjusted for end play or preload during assembly. For reliable operation, it’s recommended to replace the cone and cup together, ideally from the same manufacturer to prevent potential issues caused by mismatched components.
