Product Description
The KA5D Askubal is a rod end with a spherical plain bearing, designed to accommodate misalignment and support radial forces. It is commonly used at the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and to connect two shafts. The spherical plain bearing has a steel-on-PTFE sliding contact, making it maintenance-free. During the run-in period, PTFE particles are deposited on the opposite running surface, creating a smooth fit between components.
