K11590 FAG

The K11590 FAG is a removable cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. When combined with a separate cup (outer ring), it forms a complete tapered roller bearing. With conical raceways on the inner and outer rings and tapered rollers, these bearings can handle radial and axial forces in one direction. Their design minimizes sliding movements and component wear, but requires a minimum load for proper operation. The separable cone and cup make for easy mounting and allow for axial clearance or preload adjustment during assembly. For optimal performance, it’s recommended to replace both the cone and cup at the same time and to use parts from the same manufacturer to avoid bearing problems caused by differences in internal profiles, material, and tolerances.
