Product Description
The HM803145 Bower is an inner ring and roller assembly for a single-row tapered roller bearing. When paired with a separately available outer ring, this assembly forms a complete tapered roller bearing, capable of absorbing radial and axial forces. Its design minimizes sliding movements, reducing wear on components. A minimum load is required for proper operation, and the cone and cup can be easily mounted and adjusted for end play or preload. For reliable performance, it is recommended to replace both the cone and cup at the same time, and to ensure that the components are from the same manufacturer to avoid any potential bearing problems.
