Product Description
The HM218210 Bower is an outer ring cup designed for use with a separately available cone to create a complete tapered roller bearing. Its conical raceways and roller elements allow it to absorb radial and axial forces. The separable design enables easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload. For reliable operation, it’s best to replace both the cone and cup at the same time and to use components from the same manufacturer to prevent potential bearing problems.
