Product Description
The GIR50UK-2RS Elges is a rod end featuring a spherical plain bearing with a steel-on-PTFE sliding contact, making it maintenance-free. It is designed to accommodate misalignment and support radial forces in a compressive or tensile direction. This rod end is commonly used on the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and can also connect two shafts. During the run-in period, particles of PTFE are deposited on the opposite running surface, creating a smooth and perfect fit.
