Product Description
The GIL50DO Elges is a rod end with a spherical plain bearing that consists of an inner and outer ring without rolling elements. It is commonly used at the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and to connect two shafts, accommodating misalignment and supporting radial forces. This rod end features a steel-on-steel sliding contact for wear resistance and high load capacity, but requires regular maintenance and proper lubrication to reduce friction and prevent fouling and corrosion.
