Product Description
The GIHNRK20-LO-B Elges is a rod end with a housing, integral shank, and a spherical plain bearing without rolling elements. It is commonly used at the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and can connect two shafts. This rod end accommodates misalignment and supports radial forces in a tensile or compressive direction. The steel-on-steel sliding contact spherical plain bearing is wear-resistant and has a high load carrying capacity, but requires regular maintenance and proper lubrication to reduce friction and prevent fouling and corrosion.
