Product Description
The GAKSL10-PS Elges is a rod end featuring a spherical plain bearing, which consists of an inner and outer ring without rolling elements. It’s commonly used to connect two shafts or mounted at the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders. This rod end can accommodate misalignment and supports radial forces in a tensile or compressive direction. The spherical plain bearing has a steel-on-PTFE sliding contact, making it maintenance-free. During the run-in period, PTFE particles are deposited on the opposite running surface to create a smooth fit between components.
