Product Description
The GAKR25-PW Elges is a rod end featuring a housing with integral shank and a spherical plain bearing. This bearing has inner and outer rings without rolling elements and is ideal for use at the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders, as well as to connect two shafts. It can accommodate misalignment and provides support for radial forces in a tensile or compressive direction.
What sets the GAKR25-PW Elges apart is its maintenance-free spherical plain bearing with a steel-on-PTFE sliding contact. During the run-in period, PTFE particles are deposited on the opposite running surface, smoothing out the irregularities and ensuring a perfect fit between the components.
