Product Description
ILUM-G5001-84 Ecoglo’s G5001 aluminum platform perimeter strips is 1″ wide and provides excellent visibility and enhance egress speed in all light conditions. The G5001 is ideal for areas required by code to have luminous path markings. The G5001 is UL 1994 listed and meets the requirements of building codes (IBC), fire codes (IFC), and life safety (NFPA) codes across North America and around the world. The G5001 is applied at the perimeter (wall or floor) of all stairwell landings and along egress pathways leading to final exits. The G-Series is applied using Bostik 915 urethane adhesive. Available in up to 7′ lengths for standard shipping via UPS Ground. Available in 10′ lengths for larger quantities shipped via FEDEX Freight. Additional shipping and handling charges apply.

- The rigid aluminum base spreads any applied load over a greater area of installation adhesive. Installation with a premium polyurethane adhesive/sealant is extremely durable, moisture resistant, and works very well on both smooth and textured surfaces.

- Tested to accelerated UV/weathering exposure, and proven to be highly resistant to the effects of UV/weathering.
- The loss in performance is less than can be detected by the human eye when subjected to 6000 hours of UV exposure, which is similar to 30 years of outdoor exposure.
