Product Description
The EBLM-20 Igus GmbH is a rod end featuring a maintenance-free spherical plain bearing with a steel-on-PTFE sliding contact. This component is commonly used at the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and for connecting two shafts. It can accommodate misalignment and support radial forces in a tensile or compressive direction. The plain bearing’s PTFE material deposits particles on the opposite running surface during the run-in period, filling in small irregularities to ensure a smooth fit between components.
