Product Description
The 792 Bower is an outer ring for a single-row tapered roller bearing, which when combined with a separately available cone, forms a complete tapered roller bearing. The conical raceways and roller elements allow the bearing to absorb radial and axial forces. The design also minimizes sliding movements, reducing wear. It’s easily mountable and allows for axial clearance or preload adjustment during assembly. For reliable operation, it’s best to replace both the cone and cup at the same time, ideally from the same manufacturer to prevent compatibility issues.
