Product Description
The 772A Timken is an outer ring for a single-row tapered roller bearing. When combined with a separately available cone, it forms a complete tapered roller bearing designed to absorb radial and axial forces. Its conical raceways and rollers minimize sliding movements and wear. Proper bearing operation requires a minimum load, and end play or preload can be adjusted during assembly. It is advisable to replace both the cone and cup at the same time from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems.
