Product Description
The 64433 NTN is a removable cone designed for a single-row tapered roller bearing. It consists of the inner ring and rollers and can be paired with a separate outer ring to create a complete bearing. With conical raceways and tapered rollers, this design allows the bearing to handle radial and axial forces. The geometric features prevent sliding movements and minimize component wear, but a minimum load is required for proper operation. The separable cone and cup allow for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly. For optimal performance, it’s recommended to replace the cone and cup simultaneously and to use components from the same manufacturer to avoid bearing problems related to internal profiles, material differences, and tolerances. Always pair the 64433 NTN with a matching cup from the same manufacturer for reliable operation.
