Product Description

The 598A FAG is a single-row tapered roller bearing cone. It consists of the inner ring and rollers and is designed to be used with a separate cup to form a complete tapered roller bearing. This bearing is capable of handling radial and axial forces in one direction due to its conical raceways and tapered rollers. Its design minimizes component wear and allows for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload. For optimal performance and to prevent bearing problems, it is best to replace both the cone and cup at the same time and to use components from the same manufacturer.
