Product Description
The 563/Q SKF is the outer ring component of a tapered roller bearing that can be paired with a separately available cone to form the complete bearing. Its conical design allows for absorption of radial and axial forces in one direction, with greater axial load capacity achieved through a larger angle. The geometry of the bearing prevents sliding movements and minimizes component wear, but requires a minimum load for optimal operation. The separable design allows for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly. To ensure reliable operation, it is recommended to replace both the cone and cup at the same time, using components from the same manufacturer to prevent compatibility issues.
