Product Description
The 53312 FAG is a single direction thrust ball bearing, designed for high rotational speeds with an open design. It consists of a shaft ring, housing ring, and a ball and cage assembly. This bearing enables axial loading in one direction, allowing the shaft to be locked in place. Additionally, the spherical seat on the housing ring enables it to be paired with a spherical adjustment ring or pad (sold separately) to prevent misalignments. The bearing can be easily disassembled and the components mounted separately, with caution to avoid mixing up the shaft and housing rings during assembly.
