Product Description
The 53217 FAG is a type of single direction thrust ball bearing, designed for high rotational speeds. This bearing consists of a shaft ring, housing ring, and ball and cage assembly, with an open design. It can only bear axial loads in one direction and is not suitable for radial loads.
The bearing is easy to disassemble and the components can be easily mounted separately. The housing ring of the 53217 FAG has a spherical seat, allowing for combination with a spherical adjustment ring or pad to prevent misalignments.
