Product Description
The 51188-MP FAG is a single direction thrust ball bearing, designed for high rotational speeds. It consists of a shaft ring, housing ring, and ball and cage assembly. This bearing can only handle axial loads in one direction, allowing for the locking of a shaft. It is not designed to handle radial loads. The bearing’s components can be easily mounted separately, but caution should be taken to avoid mixing up the shaft and housing ring during assembly. Unlike other bearings, the 51188-MP FAG has a flat seat, meaning it cannot compensate for misalignment between the shaft and housing.
