Product Description
The 51156-MP FAG is a single direction thrust ball bearing designed for high rotational speeds. Its open design and shaft and housing rings with a ball and cage assembly make it suitable for axial loading in one direction. It features a shaft ring that rotates with the shaft and a housing ring with a larger bore diameter to accommodate the shaft with clearance. This bearing can be easily disassembled for separate mounting, but caution should be taken to avoid mixing up the shaft and housing rings during assembly. The flat seat of the housing ring means it cannot compensate for misalignment between the shaft and housing.
