Product Description
The 51117 NSK is a single-direction thrust ball bearing with an open design, suitable for high rotational speeds. It consists of a shaft ring, housing ring, and a ball and cage assembly. This bearing can only handle axial loads in one direction, allowing a shaft to be locked in place. The components can be easily disassembled for separate mounting, but care should be taken not to mix up the shaft and housing rings during assembly. The flat seat of the housing ring means that it cannot compensate for misalignment between the shaft and housing.
