Product Description
The 4T-M88040 NTN is a removable cone that forms the inner ring and rollers of a single-row tapered roller bearing. When combined with a separately available cup, it creates a complete tapered roller bearing capable of absorbing radial and axial forces. Its design prevents sliding movements between the raceways and rollers, minimizing wear. The separable cone and cup allow for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly. For reliable operation, it is recommended to replace both cone and cup simultaneously and to use components from the same manufacturer to prevent potential bearing problems.
