Product Description
The 4C-T757 NTN is a removable cone that forms the inner ring and rollers of a single-row tapered roller bearing. When paired with a separate cup (or outer ring), they create a complete tapered roller bearing capable of absorbing radial and axial forces. Its design minimizes component wear by preventing sliding movements between the rollers and raceways. To ensure proper operation, it is essential to maintain a minimum load. The separable cone and cup allow for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly. For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the cone and cup simultaneously, and to use matching components from the same manufacturer to avoid potential bearing problems caused by internal profile differences, material variations, and tolerances.
