Product Description
The 4T-687 NTN is a removable cone that forms the inner ring and rollers of a single-row tapered roller bearing. When paired with a separate outer ring, it creates a complete bearing capable of handling radial and axial forces in one direction due to its conical raceways and tapered rollers. This design minimizes component wear and allows for easy assembly and adjustment of axial clearance. To ensure reliable operation, it’s recommended to replace the cone and cup together, ideally from the same manufacturer to prevent compatibility issues. Always use a matching cup from the same manufacturer for the 4T-687 NTN.
