Product Description
The 4T-635 NTN is a removable cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. When combined with a compatible cup, it forms a complete tapered roller bearing designed to absorb radial and axial forces. The conical raceways and tapered rollers prevent sliding and minimize wear. Proper bearing operation requires a minimum load, and the separable cone and cup can be easily mounted and adjusted for axial clearance or preload. For reliable operation, it is best to replace the cone and cup together and use components from the same manufacturer to avoid potential bearing problems caused by differences in internal profiles, materials, and tolerances.
