Product Description
The 4T-4580 NTN is a removable cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing consisting of the inner ring and rollers. When paired with a cup, it forms a complete tapered roller bearing that can absorb radial and axial forces in one direction. Its design prevents sliding movements, minimizing component wear. The cone and cup are separable and easily mountable, allowing for axial clearance or preload adjustment during assembly. For reliable operation, it’s best to replace both the cone and cup simultaneously from the same manufacturer to avoid potential bearing problems caused by different internal profiles, material variations, and tolerances.
