Product Description
The 472A FAG is the outer ring cup for a single-row tapered roller bearing, compatible with a separately available cone to form a complete bearing. With conical raceways and roller elements, it can handle radial and axial forces in one direction. The geometric design prevents sliding and minimizes wear, requiring a minimum load for operation. The separable cone and cup allow for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload. For optimal performance, it’s recommended to replace both components at the same time and use matching components from the same manufacturer for compatibility.
