Product Description
The 432A Timken is an outer ring cup designed for a single-row tapered roller bearing. When combined with a separately available cone, it forms a complete tapered roller bearing with conical raceways and roller elements. This design allows the bearing to absorb radial and axial forces in one direction. The cup and cone are separable and can be easily mounted, enabling adjustments for axial clearance and preload. For optimal reliability, it’s recommended to replace both components at the same time and to use matching components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems stemming from differences in internal bearing profiles, materials, and tolerances.
