Product Description
The 26824 Bower is an outer ring for a single-row tapered roller bearing, designed to be combined with a separately available cone to create a complete bearing. Its conical raceways and roller elements allow it to absorb radial and axial forces effectively. The design minimizes sliding movements, reducing wear. Proper operation requires a minimum load, and the cup’s separable design allows for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance. For reliable performance, it’s best to replace both the cone and the cup simultaneously, and to use components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems.
