Product Description
The 26822B Timken is a cup designed for a single-row tapered roller bearing. It features conical raceways and roller elements to absorb radial and axial forces. The external flange allows for easy axial placement in a housing without the need for housing shoulders or seats. This compact design makes correct seal alignment easier to achieve. The separable cup and cone facilitate easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly. For reliable operation, it’s recommended to replace both the cup and cone at the same time, preferably from the same manufacturer to ensure compatibility and prevent bearing problems.
