Product Description
The 25521 Timken is a cup designed for a single-row tapered roller bearing. It serves as the outer ring and can be combined with a separately available cone to form a complete tapered roller bearing. Featuring conical raceways and roller elements, this design allows the bearing to absorb radial and axial forces in one direction. The geometrical qualities prevent sliding movements and minimize component wear. It’s easily mountable and allows for adjustable end play or preload. For reliable operation, it’s recommended to replace the cone and cup at the same time and to use components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems.
