Product Description
The 12520 Bower is an outer ring designed for use with a separately available cone to create a complete tapered roller bearing. Its conical raceways and roller elements allow for absorption of radial and axial forces in one direction. The design minimizes component wear and enables easy assembly and adjustment of axial clearance or preload. For reliable operation, it’s best to replace both the cone and the cup at the same time, preferably from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems.
