Product Description
The HC78 – 4.0 – G – W is a compact, low-leakage miniBOOSTER crafted from stainless steel 316L, capable of delivering pressures up to 1,380 bar while weighing just 5.4 kg. Ideal for applications demanding minimal standby oil consumption, such as solar panel-driven control systems in the oil industry, it features a 2/2 directional valve controlled by a pilot signal from the high-pressure side. This valve cuts off pump supply upon reaching high pressure and reactivates as pressure drops, maintaining high pressure automatically. Adjustment of outlet pressure is achieved by varying the supplied pressure, with various high-pressure adapters available for thread customization.

Functions Description
The system’s basic operation is depicted in a function diagram. Oil is directed through the directional valve CV to the IN port, flowing through the low leakage valve, internal valves KV1, KV2, and DV to the high-pressure side H, achieving maximum booster flow. As pump pressure is attained on the H side, valves KV1, KV2, and DV close. The oscillating pump unit OP regulates end pressure, automatically stalling when reached. The low leakage valve minimizes leakage by cutting off inlet flow to the booster. If pressure drops occur, it opens to maintain end pressure.
