Product Description
The HC2DH – 6.6 – A – W a dual-acting stainless steel 316L miniBOOSTER unit, delivers up to 5.0 l/min flow at the high-pressure end. It elevates supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure while automatically compensating for oil consumption to maintain high pressure. Outlet pressure adjustment is achieved by varying the supplied pressure. Despite its flow capability, it remains a compact unit, weighing 8.0 kg.

Functions Desctiption
The system operates by directing oil through CV to the IN port, passing through 2x KV1, 2x KV2, and DV to high-pressure side H, maximizing booster flow. As pump pressure is reached, KV1, KV2, and DV close. OP1 and OP2 then alternate to achieve end pressure, automatically stalling once reached. OP1 and OP2 adjust for pressure drops, and the high-pressure connection H can be reversed.
