Product Description
The HC63- 2.0 – A is a compact high-flow unit, delivering up to 64.5 l/min on the high-pressure end. Similar to other miniBOOSTER models, it elevates supplied pressure to maintain a constant high outlet pressure, adjusting as oil is consumed. Weighing just 60.0 kg, it offers versatility with optional HP flange mounting and the ability to connect multiple units for increased flow capacity.

Functions Desctiption
The operational process is depicted in the function diagram. Initially, oil flows through the directional valve CV to the IN port, passing through check valves KV1, KV2, and DV to the high-pressure side H, ensuring maximum flow through the booster for fast-forward function. Upon reaching pump pressure on the high-pressure side H, valves KV1, KV2, and DV close. The oscillating pump unit OP maintains end pressure automatically, halting when the desired pressure is achieved. In the event of pressure drop due to consumption or leakage, the OP valve adjusts to sustain the end pressure.
