The HC6D – 8.2 – A – D is a compact and efficient high-flow dual-acting unit, capable of delivering up to 65.0 l/min flow at high pressure. Like other miniBOOSTER models, it elevates supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure while automatically compensating for oil consumption to maintain the desired pressure level. Adjustment of outlet pressure is achieved by varying the supplied pressure. Weighing only 20 kg, it offers a robust design with a miniBOOSTER hole pattern. When mounted with HC6D-HKIT, it can seamlessly replace HC6D, offering a versatile solution.

Functions Desctiption

The function diagram illustrates the basic operation of the system. Oil is directed through the directional valve CV to the IN port, passing through check valves KV1, KV2, and DV to reach the high-pressure side H, facilitating maximum flow and enabling a fast-forward function. Once pump pressure is attained on the high-pressure side H, valves KV1, KV2, and DV close. The oscillating pump units OP1 and OP2 then alternate to achieve the desired end pressure. The system automatically stops when the end pressure is reached and adjusts for any pressure drops to maintain the desired pressure. Additionally, the high-pressure connection H can be switched to the opposite end of the booster if necessary.
