Product Description
The SI6E LS is a rod end with a spherical plain bearing, commonly used at the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders to accommodate misalignment and support radial forces. Featuring a steel-on-steel sliding contact, this wear-resistant bearing type has a high load carrying capacity, but requires regular maintenance to reduce friction and prevent fouling and corrosion.
