Product Description
The 51422M URB is a type of single direction thrust ball bearing, also known as a ball thrust bearing or axial deep groove ball bearing. It consists of a shaft ring, a housing ring, and a ball and cage assembly. With an open design and high rotational speed capabilities, these bearings are suitable for specific applications.
These bearings can only handle axial loads in one direction, allowing for the secure locking of a shaft. Avoid radial loading on these bearings. The shaft ring rotates with the shaft, while the housing ring has a slightly larger bore diameter, providing clearance for the shaft to pass through.
The components of these bearings can be easily assembled separately due to their disassemblable nature. When assembling, take care not to mix up the shaft and housing ring. The housing ring features a flat seat, meaning it cannot compensate for misalignment between the shaft and housing.
