Product Description
The TFEL16PW Pavarini is a rod end incorporating a spherical plain bearing with a steel-on-PTFE sliding contact, making it maintenance-free. This component allows for misalignment and supports radial forces in both tensile and compressive directions. It is commonly used at the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and for connecting two shafts. The plain bearing consists of inner and outer rings without rolling elements. During the run-in period, particles of PTFE are deposited onto the opposite running surface, filling in small irregularities and creating a smooth surface for a perfect fit.
