Product Description
The 47825B Timken is an outer ring cup designed for use with a separately available cone to form a complete single-row tapered roller bearing. Its conical raceways and roller elements enable it to handle radial and axial forces efficiently. The external flange allows for easy axial placement in a housing without requiring special housing shoulders or seats, resulting in a more compact and simple bearing design. The tapered roller bearings’ geometry minimizes component wear, and it can be easily mounted and adjusted for proper operation. For reliable performance, it’s recommended to replace both the cone and cup at the same time and to use components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems stemming from inconsistencies.
