Product Description
The GIKR8-PB-A INA is a rod end designed with a spherical plain bearing that consists of an inner and outer ring without rolling elements. Commonly used at the end of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders, it can also connect two shafts while accommodating misalignment and supporting radial forces in tension or compression.
This model features a steel-on-bronze sliding contact in its spherical plain bearing, offering low friction and high wear resistance. While it requires regular maintenance and proper lubrication to reduce friction and prevent fouling and corrosion, it may have a slightly lower load capacity compared to steel-on-steel sliding contact bearings.
