Product Description
The 51312 FAG is a single direction thrust ball bearing, designed for high rotational speeds. It consists of a shaft ring, housing ring, and a ball and cage assembly. This open design allows axial loading in one direction to lock the shaft, but should not be loaded radially. The bearings are easily disassembled for separate mounting, but caution should be taken to not mix up the shaft and housing rings. The flat seat of the housing ring means this bearing cannot compensate for misalignment between the shaft and housing.
